Welcome to GENESIS. We provide professional digital services including Website Development, AI Solutions, Graphic Design, Business Solutions, Government Documentation Assistance, Student Services and related technology services. These Terms & Conditions define the agreement between GENESIS and its clients.

The availability of specific services may change over time. GENESIS reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service without prior notice.
Every project is unique. Pricing provided through quotations or proposals is based on the project scope, complexity, estimated development time and client requirements.
A quotation remains valid for 7 calendar days unless otherwise stated. Any additional requirements requested after project approval may result in revised pricing.
To begin any project, an advance payment is required unless otherwise agreed in writing.
GENESIS reserves the right to pause or suspend work on projects where agreed payments are delayed or not received.
Project delivery timelines depend on the scope and complexity of the work.
Delivery estimates may change if the client delays providing required information, approvals, content or feedback.
GENESIS aims to deliver high-quality work that meets client expectations.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and timely feedback throughout the project.
Failure to provide required information or approvals may delay project completion.
All original designs, source code, graphics, branding materials and other deliverables created by GENESIS remain the intellectual property of GENESIS until full payment has been received.
Upon successful completion of the project and receipt of the full agreed payment, ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client unless otherwise specified in writing.
GENESIS reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, website, social media or promotional materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before project completion.
Either party may terminate a project under reasonable circumstances.
GENESIS will make every reasonable effort to deliver reliable and high-quality services. However, we shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages including loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all final deliverables before deployment or publication.
Some projects may integrate third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, APIs or external software libraries.
GENESIS is not responsible for downtime, pricing changes, policy updates or technical issues originating from third-party providers.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Karnataka, India.
